ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Change has never been more dynamic. To respond to this volatile need, organisations need a flexible solution-centric approach to change resources. In response to this, we have developed a number of resourcing models to meet the needs of our clients:
- Traditional Resourcing – fixed term experienced change professionals engaged on a daily rate. These can be short, medium or long term and comprise skillsets across the entire change ecosystem
- Talent On Tap – access to project and business resources on a pure day by day basis. For example, you may need a BA for 30 days to fill a gap but don’t want to pay a contractor for 3 or 6 months. In this case, our resources would fill the gap and you only pay for what you need. All resources would be pre-briefed in the engagement, culture and ways of working such that they hit the ground running.
- Targeted Augmentation – small teams with expert domain knowledge to augment existing project capability. These teams would typically constitute key related disciplines such as PM, BA and Architect. Same rules apply as above regarding pre-briefing.
- Consulting / Advisory – we offer classic consulting for business strategy or implementation engagements. These are typically consultant-led and focus on results, speed, and value, with skills transfer to client resources within finite scope and duration.
